Twenty-five years ago, after a disheartening flurry of busted parties, West Coast ravers needed a win. Fortunately, Halloween fell on a weekend, so LA and SF undergrounds had the perfect remedy. Across the country, on Labor Day Weekend, 1997, Central Florida was finishing its summer with an all-star lineup despite meddling authorities.
